As Head Coach Andrea Beaty says, the heart of a team stems from their defense! Campers will work on overall ball control, serve receive passing, and defensive movements. Technical breakouts, based on skill level, will occur to work on fundamentals and technique. Campers will also be provided the opportunity to implement these skills in game like scenarios/competitive play.
